Consulting Model

A typical consulting project would include :

  1. - Site Visit and Meetings with stakeholders to assess the gaps
  2. - Identify requirements and goals , Benchmark the key metrics
  3. - Prepare a solution plan with alternatives
  4. - Training key personnel
  5. - Monitor the solution implementation
  6. - Periodic review of the project, track milestones and success indicators
  7. - Document project details and metrics for future planning
Fees

Our simple motto is to provide  "World class Management Advice at the Doorsteps of a Villager"

Consulting fees would vary based on nature of assignment. Typically these are on Time & material basis where basic travel, local accommodation are covered by the client with a nominal daily fee for the consultant team.

We understand that the key beneficiaries of some of our consulting marginal farmers and underprivileged, our services are priced afford ably. But we are also cautious not to keep anything 'Free' , as the typical human psychology is not to really value 'free advice' ;-)

We want to inculcate that the first step in making agriculture viable and professional is to come out of the 'everything for a farmer has to be free' concept. We want our farmers to 'earn' their own income with self respect, and 'demand' what they want, rather than sustain on 'freebies and charity' which can never be long term solution.
